Description
At the start of the training programme
participants attend and complete an online course, which
equals a study period of about 6 weeks. This corresponds
to 30 hours of intensive course and deals with the basic
concepts, issues and problems addressed by the whole
program.
Based on a specially designed environment,
this on-line course module aims at bringing participants
to the same level in order to form a more homogeneous
learning team and thus making the physical seminars
and workshops more effective.
During those on-line learning sessions
methodologies will be explained with interactive examples
and approaches will be presented through multimedia-based
content.
The module will improve the participant's
way of learning by allowing flexibility and individuality
as well as connecting learners to each other and to
resources supportive of their needs.
Before attending the next module, participants
need to pass successfully an on-line exam, which will
test their capability to continue. Candidates with successful
attendance of the on-line course will receive on-line
instructions and description of the off-line workshop
and the projects to be implemented.
Objectives acquired by the end of the module
- Get familiar to terminology and case studies in
the area of cross media use and related management
issues.
- Acquire basic knowldedge on project management and
planning
- Learn the necessary tools of cross media and new
technology applications
- Learn basic concepts, principles and key points
related to design, implementation and management of
a non-linear production.
- Learn the differences between several new technology
channels
- Be ready to to work on a pilot project, get involved
and contribute to decisions related to the solutions
needed.
