Description

The on-line module will be followed by a workshop module consisting of about 32 hours individual and group learning. The workshop will be offered as a 4 days intensive seminar. The workshop will be taught in teams. The consultations with invited experts will be encouraged. All participants will be given detailed instructions in order to integrate theoretical Know-how with the development of a production. The outcome will be short practical projects based on own developments.

The workshop participants will benefit from interacting with professionals coming from different areas, mixing insights, exchanging ideas and know-how. This process will be helpful for all attendants, particularly the younger ones.

The workshop ultimately aims at improving participants' entrepreneurial attitude by integrating financial thinking with creative ideas and production plans.
