Frank Alsema
He is specialised in virtual reality, digital effects and interactive television. In September 2000 Frank joined IJsfontein Interactive Media. Producing games, educational software, installations, Mixed Media, formats for iTV and Internet. Frank Alsema gives trainings in integrating TV with WEB, games, special effects, Virtual Studio, interactive writing, Ai, motion capture, interaction design, etc.

Sohvi Sirkesalo
Having a background at the Finnish Broadcasting Company both in radio and TV and also being a project manager in a multimedia company, she is now Senior Lecturer in Interactive Media in Tampere Polytechnic, teaching mainly interactive storytelling and drama, project management and media culture.

Jak Boumans (NL)
is Principal Consultant with Electronic Media Reporting, a consultancy specialised in content strategy since 1990. Boumans brought in 1984 the first daily electronic newsletter in Europe online and is presently involved in research on publishing for mobility and electronic books. jak@euronet.nl

Damien Marchi (FR)
is Cross-Media Project Manager for Streampower, in Paris. In his function he consults producers and develops new ideas to add more interactivity in TV programmes and to generate new revenue streams around TV shows. Investigating Cross-Media for almost 3 years, recent professional successes include the interactive adaptations of several reality TV shows for the Swedish, English and French markets (among them is Loft Story 2, french Big Brother) and the production of the worldwide first pre-concert interactive SMS-TV show for the Star Academy Tour 2003. damien_marchi@yahoo.com

Eku Wand
Co-Founder, Manager and producer of Pixelpark Multimedia Produkionsgesellschft mbH in Berlin, producer and Designer of various interactive new media projects, Now Professor at the Braunschweig School for Art in New media design.

Hanna Puro
Hanna Puro has a wide range of experience in several media (newspapers and magazines, radio, TV and public relations, the new media) as a journalist and a producer. She has outlined, planned and actually carried out TV-programs. Hanna Puro now works as producer, being in charge of the Nicefactory web and other digital media brands and productions but also participating in marketing, public relations and in the organisation and management of the company’s work processes.

Geska Helena Andersson (SWE)
is research facilitator at the Interactive Institute in Sweden. A specialist in interactive storytelling and complex, non-linear AV narratives, she also worked with high-end media productions in a commercial context, as Creative Director of Scandvision Mediahouse in Malmoe and at the web agency Moonwalk Sthlm. geska@kaospilot.dkChristian

Fonnesbech (DK)
is an accomplished producer of interactive entertainment, advertising and educational content. He has directed and written for TV mainly in Denmark and Scandinavia, created short films and worked as a script consultant for both TV and film companies. From 2000-2002, he co-founded and ran the interactive content studio Sjuzet. He acts as an advisor to the Danish Ministry of Culture and the Danish Presidency in the EU on the future development of the interactive media industry. content@fonnesbech.dk

David Wood
David Wood is Head of New Media at the EBU Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. The EBU is the collective organisation of national European broadcasters, and has Associate Members throughout the world. The EBU coordinates and encourages its members' activities in digital television and multimedia.David Wood is responsible for a range of groups, and studies, conducted by the EBU in Multimedia and New Media. He is the former Chairman of ITU-R Working Party 6P and the current chair of the European Community IST E3 Concertation Group on interactive multimedia. Formerly with the BBC and the IBA in the United Kingdom, David Wood is a graduate of Southampton University in the UK, and an AMP graduate of the Harvard Business School in the USA.From 2001 to 2003, David Wood has been jury coordinator for the Prix Europa multimedia activities.

Gregory Ferrell Lowe, USA/FIN
He is the Managing Chair for YLE Programme Development in the Finnish public service broadcasting company and a Docent in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication in the University of Tampere. Lowe investigates transformation processes with focus on media and management development in European public service broadcasting. Before immigration to Finland in 1997, Lowe was Professor at the University of Kentucky and at the George Washington University in D.C.

Takis Kyriakoulakos (GR)
is Managing Director of the 3D visualisation and animation facility "Post Reality SA" and teaches New Media Design at the University of Aegean at Syros Island. Since 1997 he has been researcher at the Hellenic Audiovisual Institute (IOM). Prior to that he was Professor in Computer Animation at Paris I University. post@animbase.enet.gr
